Hi, I am a Christian coach and mentor with additional training in spiritual accompaniment who has a desire to see adults grow, flourish and reach their full potential. I work with those who identify as Christians, those who don’t, those who are searching for faith and those from other faith traditions.
Through a combination of active listening, thoughtful questions, empathy and prayer as appropriate, my aim is to support you in rebuilding, restoring and renewing your life.
